The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants met personally to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Former twice world boxing king Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's greatest money-making draws, consistently making massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in round four or five and asserted he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As both boxers participated in the customary confrontation, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is truly going ahead.
